At just 23 years of age, Kane was invited by producer Cameron Welsh and executive producer John Holmes to direct the most prolific network series in Australia, Home & Away for the Seven Network.
During his time on H&A, Kane directed cast members such as Samara Weaving, Luke Mitchell, Rebecca Breeds, Steve Peacocke, Lincoln Younes, Axle Whitehead and Charles Cottier.
